In other words, Gustafsson claims that we are dealing with a “technical” increase, not a real one. However, national statistics reveal that reported rapes against children have almost doubled in Sweden during the past ten years: http://www.thelocal.se/article.php?ID=890&date=20050125
According to Swedish Radio on Tuesday, statistics from Sweden’s National Council for Crime Prevention show that the number of reported rapes against children is on the rise. The figures have nearly doubled in the last ten years: 467 rapes against children under the age of 15 were reported in 2004 compared with 258 in 1995. Legal proceedings continue this week in a case involving a 13 year old girl from Motala who was said to have been subjected to a group rape by four men. (Note: These four men were Kurdish Muslims, who raped the girl for hours and even took photos of doing so)
The number of rape charges per capita in Malmö is 5 – 6 times http://dansk-svensk.blogspot.com/20…dtgterne-i.html that of Copenhagen, Denmark. Copenhagen is a larger city, but the percentage of immigrants is much lower. And it’s not just the rape statistics that reveal a scary increase in Malmö or Sweden. Virtually every kind of violent crime is on the rise. Robberies http://w1.sydsvenskan.se//Article.jsp?article=10104831 have increased with 50 % in Malmö only during the fall of 2004. Threats against witnesses in Swedish court cases have quadrupled http://www.dn.se/DNet/jsp/polopoly….ousRenderType=6 between 2000 and 2003. During the past few decades, massive immigration has changed the face of Sweden’s major cities, as well as challenged the viability of the welfare state. In 1970 Sweden had the fourth highest GDP http://www.scoop.co.nz/mason/stories/PO0502/S00154.htm per capita among developed countries with income about 6% above the OECD average. By 1997 it was at fifteenth place with an average GDP per capita 14% below average. Malmö has a heavy concentration of Muslim immigrantshttp://www.jihadwatch.org/dhimmiwat…ives/004060.php in particular. According to some estimates, it will be a Muslim majority city in no more then 10 years. Crime is rampant in the growing ghettos: http://www.weeklystandard.com/Conte…05/271dgkju.asp
Becirov runs the Islamic Center of Malmö, on the outskirts of Sweden’s third-largest city. Some immigrant neighborhoods in the city have (official) unemployment rates exceeding 50 percent. Swedish authorities have failed to lift up the area, and seem to be giving the Islamic Center of Malmö a great deal of leeway in attempting to do so. An article that appeared in 2003 noted that “a few” of the 6-to 10-year-old girls were wearing headscarves. On a visit in January 2005, fully 80 percent were covered in class–only a handful were not. In a fit of absent-mindedness, Sweden has suddenly become as heavily populated by minorities as any country in Europe. The percentage of foreign-born is roughly equivalent to the highest percentage of immigrants the United States ever had in its history (on the eve of World War I). Rosengård appears to be all-immigrant. The public schools have virtually no ethnically Swedish children. There are stories–familiar in other parts of Europe where immigrants from the Muslim world have recently settled–of students harassing Jewish teachers and defacing textbooks that treat Jewish themes. Crime is high.
Is it unfair and “racist” to suggest a link between the influx of Muslim immigrants and the growing number of rapes? Not if we compare with the situation in neighboring Denmark, where this trend has been evident for years:
Criminologist: immigrants are rape champions
Muslim rape concern
Alarmed at last week’s police statistics, which revealed that in 68% of all rapes committed this year the perpetrator was from an ethnic minority, leading Muslim organisations have now formed an alliance to fight the ever-growing problem of young second and third-generation immigrants involved in rape cases against young Danish girls.
As Robert Spencer has demonstrated, rape can indeed be linked to Islamic teachings of Jihad, and even to the example of Muhammad himself, his Sunna. Above all, it is connected to Islamic notions of the role of women in society, and their behaviour in the public sphere. An Islamic Mufti in Copenhagen sparked a political outcry after publicly declaring that women who refuse to wear headscarves are “asking for rape.” http://www.cphpost.dk/get/82118.html
Apparently, he isn’t the only Muslim in Europe to think this way:
The German journalist Udo Ulfkotte told in a recent interview that in Holland, you can now see examples of young, unveiled Moroccan women with a so-called “smiley”. It means that the girl gets one side of her face cut up from mouth to ear, serving as a warning to other Muslim girls who should refuse to wear the veil. In the Muslim suburb of Courneuve, France, 77 per cent of the veiled women carry veils reportedly because of fear of being harassed or molested by Islamic moral patrols.
Hijab, the Islamic veil, is thus not ”just a piece of cloth”. It serves as a demarcation line between proper, submissive Muslim women and whores, un-Islamic women who deserve no respect and are asking for rape. The veil should more properly be viewed as the uniform of a Totalitarian movement, and a signal to attack those outside the movement. Judged in the light of the Mufti who said that women who don’t wear it are asking for rape, how on earth can the veil be said to be about ”choice”? The freedom to choose not to be raped if you dress in a normal fashion in your own country? Is that what freedom is about in Europe in 2005?
Even though Sweden, unlike Denmark, has almost no public debate about immigration, frustration is very much present underneath the surface. 75 % of Swedes think that many people in their country “dislike” Muslims http://www.kristeligt-dagblad.dk/da…ikel:aid=237680 , more than in any other European nation surveyed. Even in Holland, which recently witnessed violent clashes with Muslims after the murder of Islam-critic Theo van Gogh, the rate is lower than in Sweden. But you’re not supposed to talk about such issues in Sweden. That would be “racist”: http://www.jihadwatch.org/dhimmiwat…ives/003436.php
Swedish laws prohibiting “hate speech” against racial minorities have been vigorously enforced. There have, for example, been a number of gang-rapes of Swedish women by Muslim immigrants. But Swedes must be careful what they say about them. On May 25, neo-Nazi Bjorn Bjorkqvist was convicted and sentenced to two months in prison for writing, “I don’t think I am alone in feeling sick when reading about how Swedish girls are raped by immigrant hordes.” [“Jag tror inte jag är ensam om att må dåligt när jag läser om hur svenska tjejer har våldtagits av invandrarhorder”]
Rape charges in the capital are spiraling upwards, 40 percent higher from 1999 to 2000 and up 13 percent so far this year. Police Inspector Gunnar Larsen of Oslo’s Vice, Robbery and Violent crime division says the statistics are surprising – the rising number of rape cases and the link to ethnic background are both clear trends. But Larsen does not want to speculate on the reasons behind the worrying developments. While 65 percent of those charged with rape are classed as coming from a non-western background, this segment makes up only 14.3 percent of Oslo’s population. Norwegian women were the victims in 80 percent of the cases, with 20 percent being women of foreign background.
Europe: Tolerating Intolerance
An incredibly revealing article that tells us all we need to know about the multiculturalist fetish in Europe and some parts of North America, not to mention the need for change within Islam. Apparently, the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet reported that 65 percent of rapes of Norwegian women were performed by “non-Western” immigrants – a category that, in Norway, consists mostly of Muslims.
The article quoted a professor of social anthropology at the University of Oslo (note: her name is Unni Wikan) as saying that “Norwegian women must take their share of responsibility for these rapes” because Muslim men found their manner of dress provocative. The professor’s conclusion was not that Muslim men living in the West needed to adjust to Western norms, but the exact opposite: “Norwegian women must realize that we live in a multicultural society and adapt themselves to it.”

In a 1931 interview with a Leipzig newspaper editor, Adolf Hitler made a passionate declaration of the true significance of his National Socialist movement:
The Frenchman Gobineau and the Englishman Chamberlain were inspired by our concept of a new order-a new order, I tell you, or if you prefer, an ideological glimpse into history in accordance with the basic principle of the blood. We do not judge by merely artistic or military standards or even by purely scientific ones. We judge by the spiritual energy which a people is capable of putting forth, which will enable it in ten years to recapture what it has lost in a thousand years of warfare. I intend to set up a thousand year Reich and anyone who supports me in battle is a fellow-fighter for a unique spiritual-I would almost say divine-creation. At the decisive moment the decisive factor is not the ratio of strength but the spiritual force employed. Betrayal of the nation is possible even when no crime has been committed, in other words when a historical mission has not been fulfilled.1
This statement by Hitler gives rise to several intriguing questions. What was the “basic principle of the blood” which inspired Hitler’s “new order”? What did he mean by the “spiritual energy” of the people and how was it connected to their blood? Why did Hitler envision his movement as generating a “spiritual” and even “divine creation” that would fulfill a “historic mission”? What was the relationship between “the basic principle of the blood” and Hitler’s fanatical hatred of Jews? And finally, what were the sources of these ideas, assuming of course that Hitler was influenced by the philosophies of others? Is it possible that occult or esoteric racial philosophy may, in fact, have been one of the major sources for Hitler’s racial ideology? In this paper we shall attempt to provide some answers to these questions.
It is evident from Mein Kampf and Hitler’s speeches that he viewed racial conflict as the determining factor in all of human history. “The racial question gives the key not only to world history, but to all human culture.”2 Race was not simply a political issue to be used to curry the favor of the masses, but the “granite foundation”3 of Hitler’s ideology.
Hitler’s racial ideology stemmed from what he called “the basic principle of the blood.” This meant that the blood of every person and every race contained the soul of a person and likewise the soul of his race, the Volk. Hitler believed that the Aryan race, to which all “true” Germans belonged, was the race whose blood (soul) was of the highest degree. God Himself had, in fact, created the Aryans as the most perfect men, both physically and spiritually.4
Since the blood (soul) of the Aryans contained specific spiritual energies, the “cultural energies” or “racial primal elements,”5 as Hitler often called them, the Aryans supplied the culture that creates the beauty and dignity of higher humanity. In other words, all that man calls higher culture was ultimately the product of the spiritual and creative energies that exist in the blood of the Aryans. Hitler stated:
All the human culture, all the results of art, science, and technology that we see before us today, are almost exclusively the creative product of the Aryan. This very fact admits of the not unfounded inference that he alone was the founder of all higher humanity, therefore representing the prototype of all that we understand by the word “man.” He is the Prometheus of mankind from whose bright forehead the divine spark of genius has sprung at all times…. Exclude him- -and perhaps after a few thousand years darkness will again descend on the earth, human culture will pass, and the world turn to a desert.6
Human culture and civilization on this continent are inseparably bound up with the presence of the Aryan. If he dies out or declines, the dark veils of an age without culture will again descend on this globe.7
Indeed, this dying-off of the Aryans was what Adolf Hitler perceived as happening around him. Germany’s loss of World War I and subsequent economic problems were the visible contemporary evidence of Aryan decline. This descent occurred by the original sin of blood poisoning, or the contamination of the Aryan blood (soul) by an inferior race:
The Aryan gave up the purity of his blood and, therefore, lost his sojourn in the paradise which he had made for himself. He became submerged in the racial mixture, and gradually, more and more, lost his cultural capacity, until at last, not only mentally but also physically, he began to resemble the subjected aborigines more than his own ancestors…. Thus cultures and empires collapsed to make place for new formations. Blood mixture and the resultant drop in the racial level is the sole cause of the dying out of old cultures; for men do not perish as a result of lost wars, but by the loss of that force of resistance which is contained only in pure blood. All who are not of good race in this world are chaff.8
The “serpent” that brought about the contamination of pure Aryan blood was, of course, the Jew. “The mightiest counterpart to the Aryan is represented by the Jew.”9 To Hitler, the Jews were, of course, not members of a particular religious creed, but a specific race:
The Jew has always been a people with definite racial characteristics and never a religion; only in order to get ahead he early sought for a means which could distract unpleasant attention from his person. And what would have been more expedient and at the same time more innocent than the “embezzled” concept of a religious community? For here, too, everything is borrowed or rather stolen. Due to his own original special nature, the Jew cannot possess a religious institution, if for no other reason because he lacks idealism in any form, and hence belief in a here-after is absolutely foreign to him. And a religion in the Aryan sense cannot be imagined which lacks the conviction of survival after death in some form.10
From Hitler’s perspective the Jewish race was not created by God as one of the original root races of mankind and was, in his mind, un-Godly, inhuman, the embodiment of all that was evil. Hence the Jew ” . . . stops at nothing, and in his vileness he becomes so gigantic that no one need be surprised if among our people the personification of the devil as the symbol for all evil assumes the living shape of the Jew.”11 The goal of the Jews was the domination of the world, a task that could be achieved by the poisoning of Aryan blood. Hitler contended that the Jews used a variety of methods to accomplish this task. The most blatant was miscegenation, accomplished by Jewish “rape” of Aryan girls and Jewish importation of Blacks into Germany in order to further destroy Aryan purity and carry out this kind of “disarming” of the spiritually leading class “of his racial adversaries.”12
To Hitler, the Jewish race was also attempting to poison the Aryan blood (soul) by utilizing social methods, such as cultural and political means. The Jew was the fundamental cause of the decadence that Hitler saw in modern art and literature. To Hitler, Jewish modem art was a deliberate attempt to infect the unconsciousness or inner self of the Aryan people. “Culturally he contaminates art, literature, the theater, makes a mockery of natural feeling, overthrows all concepts of beauty and sublimity, of the noble and the good, and instead drags men down into the sphere of his own base nature.”13
But it is in the area of politics that Hitler perceived the greatest Jewish threat to the Aryan race. Jewish infiltration of the bourgeoisie had made the latter puppets for the execution of the Jewish plan for world domination. Thus the bourgeois economic institution of capitalism and the political institutions of liberalism, democracy, parliamentarian-ism, freedom of the press, and internationalism were all Jewish instruments creating disorder in the world as a stepping stone to domination.14
By far the most powerful political tool of the Jewish race, however, was Marxism. Marxism was a rival Weltanschauung that created a “view of life” directly hostile to everything in which Hitler believed. Marxism, to Hitler, maintained that the state had in itself the “creative, culture-forming force,”15 meaning that the state created a nation’s culture out of economic necessities. In Hitler’s view, the state could not create a nation’s culture. Since the nation was the outward manifestation of a race’s (Volk’s) inner nature of soul, the state then could only be the instrument by which a race could express its cultural energies. The state’s primary function was to preserve and promote those Aryan culture-creating spiritual elements that existed in the blood of the Aryan race.
The state is a means to an end. Its end lies in the preservation and advancement of a community of physically and psychically homogeneous creatures. This preservation itself comprises first of all existence as a race and thereby permits the free development of all the forces dormant in this race…. Thus, the highest purpose of a folkish state is concern for the preservation of those original racial elements which bestow culture and create the beauty and dignity of a higher mankind. We, as Aryans, can conceive of the state only as the living organism of a nationality which not only assures the preservation of this nationality, but by the development of its spiritual and ideal abilities leads it to the highest freedom.16
Hitler also deplored Marxism for its belief in racial equality. Obviously racial inequality and Aryan domination did not permit such misunderstanding of the role of race in history. Likewise, Hitler denounced Marxism’s leveling egalitarianism, which he felt destroyed the natural principle of inequality and the consequent domination of some individuals (an elite) over others.17
Hitler saw the Marxist threat to Aryan culture-creating ability not as coincidental but as a deliberate plan to destroy culture, bring civilization into chaos, and enable the Jews to achieve their goal of world domination. To Hitler, “the Jew Karl Marx” knew precisely what policies would lead to world chaos.
Actually Karl Marx was only the one among millions who, with the sure eye of the prophet, recognized in the morass of a slowly decomposing world the most essential poisons, extracted them, and, like a wizard, prepared them into a concentrated solution for the swifter annihilation of the independent existence of free nations on this earth. And all this in service of his race.18
In conjunction with his racial ideology and antisemitism, Hitler often spoke of an “historic” or “higher mission” of the Aryan race and its elite core, the German people. The Aryans, according to Hitler, were once rulers of the earth, the highest race of mankind, endowed with the highest degree of spiritual qualities and the only ones capable of producing a higher civilization.19 Aryans were, in essence, god-men on earth, but through blood poisoning lost their ruling position. However, as its “higher mission,” the German people were destined to regain this position for the Aryan race. To do so, Germany must restructure its political and social foundations and create a state whose function was to promote the Aryan culturecreating “spiritual elements” that exist in the blood of the German race. If this were done, racially and thus spiritually pure human beings could be produced, ensuring Aryan world domination.20
But if this Aryan destiny were to be fulfilled, Hitler believed, one major obstacle would have to be dealt with-the Jew. The Jew was the poisoner of the blood (soul) of the Aryan race, thus inhibiting its spiritual growth and endangering its divine destiny. Since Hitler saw all Jewish actions as racially and thus spiritually motivated, it became his divine mission to create an Aryan spiritual movement to combat the Jewish race.21 Hitler believed that his Nazi party, founded as a spiritual movement, would successfully rise to German political dominance since it was based in his mind on eternally true ideals rooted in the very soul of the Aryan race.22 Once in power, the Nazi movement could then create a state that would foster the historic destiny of the Aryan race. And the first task of this Aryan state would be to eliminate the Jewish threat.23 This is why Hitler’s political career both began and ended with a warning against the Jewish danger. In a letter dated 16 September 1919, called “the first piece of writing of Hitler’s political career,” Hitler was quite clear about his motives: the “ultimate goal [of a rational antisernitism] must unalterably be the elimination of the Jews altogether.”24 At the very end of his career, when he wrote his political testament to the German people, his preoccupation with the Jewish threat was still uppermost in his mind: “Above all, I bind the leadership of the nation and those under them to a meticulous observance of the racial laws and to merciless opposition to the universal poisoners of all peoples, international Jewry.”25 The final solution of the “Jewish question,” namely, the genocide of the Jewish race in Europe, takes on its proper significance as the final, logical product of Hitler’s racial ideology. Once the Jew was purged from Europe, Germany would be able to produce pure Aryans who would be physically and spiritually perfect human beings. And thus Hitler’s new order would be established with spiritually pure Aryans, demigod rulers, who, as Hitler enigmatically expressed it, “having achieved possession of this earth, will have a free path for activity in domains which will lie partly above it and partly outside it.”26
This last statement is a reminder that Hitler suggested on occasion that there was a deeper, cosmic significance to his new order. “National Socialism,” he once exclaimed to Otto Strasser, “would be worth nothing if it were restricted merely to Germany and did not seal the supremacy of the superior Race over the entire world for at least a thousand to two thousand years.”27 Even in Mein Kampf, Hitler hinted that such a master race would have to make “the last and greatest decisions on this earth.”28 Are these statements the fanciful flights of words of one who was accustomed to lack of proportion and moderation? Or are they the reflection of some of the sources that influenced the development of Hitler’s ideas on racial ideology?
So much has been written about the sources for Hitler’s racial ideology and other ideas that the standard histories of the Third Reich and the numerous biographies of Adolf Hitler seem content to repeat a well established litany of people and movements that may have influenced Hitler’s thought. Indeed, the composer Richard Wagner, the philosophers Friedrich Nietzsche and Arthur Schopenhauer, the Viennese politicians George von Schonerer and Karl Lueger, the racial philosophers Joseph Arthur Gobineau and Houston Stewart Chamberlain, extreme nationalism, Social Darwinism, and racism in general are all regularly cited as his main sources.29 Since Hitler rarely specified his sources, scholars have resorted to indicating similarities and parallels in order to document these influences.30 The suggestion made in the 1950s by Joachim Besser and in the early 1960s by George Mosse that an examination of the impact of occult or esoteric philosophies, especially current in Vienna and Munich in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, on Hitler and early National Socialism might indeed be a more fruitful line of approach to the problem, has not been widely pursued by academic historians.31 Recently, however, Jeffrey Goldstein and James Webb have emphasized the importance of occultism in general in the emergence of Nazi ideology.32 We would like to argue that occult or esoteric racial philosophy may, indeed, have been one of the major sources for Hitler’s racial ideology.33
Hitler himself may have been partly responsible for leading historians away from investigating esoteric influences.34 It is well known that Hitler criticized occultists, Freemasons, and astrologers and even persecuted some of them when he came into power. And yet, in his nightly monologues to his assembled guests, Hitler revealed his belief in the very ideas that these groups were perpetrating. Ample evidence of this is provided in his references to reincarnation, the lost continent of Atlantis, and Hans Horbiger’s world ice theory, as well as in his conviction that the early myths and legends of cosmic disasters and struggles between giants and gods are actually mankind’s vague memory of a disaster that destroyed a humanity that already possessed an advanced degree of civilization.35
A large variety of occult or esoteric groups and philosophies existed in German-speaking lands from the 1890s into the 1920s. One of the most influential schools of thought came out of the work established by the Russian Helena Blavatsky.36 Blavatsky, who had immersed herself deeply in esoteric spiritual beliefs from all over the world, formed a universal esoteric philosophy which she called Theosophy (Wisdom of the Gods). She viewed it as the revival of an ancient, occult knowledge derived from an earlier, advanced civilization which had known a unity between science and religion. In 1875, Blavatsky and Colonel Henry Olcott founded the Theosophical Society in New York City. Its purpose was to collect and diffuse this previously secret knowledge of the laws governing the universe. After the establishment of the first Theosophic lodge in 1884 in Germany, the movement spread rapidly in that country.
In her esoteric work, especially The Secret Doctrine, originally published in 1888, Blavatsky emphasized the concept of races as paramount in the development of human history. According to Blavatsky, there are seven root races of mankind, with each root race containing seven sub-races. The present root race is the fifth, the Aryan, and was preceded by the fourth or Atlantean race. The Aryans evolved from the fifth sub-race of the Atlanteans. According to Blavatsky, “The Aryan Race was bom and developed in the far North, though after the sinking of the Continent of Atlantis its tribes emigrated further south into Asia.”37 The Aryans, following a migratory pattern that went south and west from Asia, ultimately created the great Hindu, Persian, Greco-Roman, and later European cultures. Hitler, like his party ideologist, Alfred Rosenberg, also claimed Aryan origins for all of these cultures.38
Each root race is seen by Blavatsky as being constituted differently in a physical and spiritual sense. In the earliest times man was purely spirit. Then at some point in time, this spirit entered and animated physical matter.39 Man thus evolved, in Blavatsky’s cosmology, from the ethereal to the material. The original spirituality of man can be seen, according to Blavatsky, in the fact that mankind once was endowed with psychic powers, which she attributed to the so-called “Cyclopean eye.”40 With the “Cyclopean eye” man had “spiritual sight,” the ability to perceive subtle realities of the spiritual world, and thus could “see” into the future and read minds. Blavatsky felt that as man evolved materially and intellectually this “Third Eye” atrophied to what is now the pineal gland and man mostly lost his psychic powers.41 But, stated Blavatsky, mankind is destined to regain these abilities. That Hitler was well versed in these racial peculiarities is demonstrated in one of Herman Rauschning’s conversations with Hitler:
The pursuit of the “random path of the intelligence,” we learned, was the real defection of man from his divine mission. To have “magic insight” was apparently Hitler’s idea of the goal of human progress. He himself felt that he already had the rudiments of this gift. He attributed to it his success and his future eminence. A savant of Munich … had also written some curious stuff about the prehistoric world … about forms of perception and supernatural powers. There was the eye of Cyclops, or median eye, the organ of magic perception of the Infinite, now reduced to a rudimentary pineal gland. Speculations of this sort fascinated Hitler, and he would sometimes be entirely wrapped up in them. He saw his own remarkable career as a confirmation of hidden powers. He saw himself as chosen for superhuman tasks, as the prophet of the rebirth of man in a new form.42
Might this “new form” of man of Hitler’s be related to Blavatsky’s root race schema? She maintained that the sixth and seventh root races would witness a return to the earlier spiritual state of existence. Man would once again have spiritual insight and be at one with the forces of nature. According to Hitler, “Creation is not yet at an end…. Man has clearly arrived at a turning point…. A new variety of man is beginning to separate out.” Hitler further believed that mankind would evolve into two distinct types. “The two types will rapidly diverge from one another. One will sink to a sub-human race and the other rise far above the man of today. I might call the two varieties the god- man and the mass-animal.” The new, godlike Aryan would rule over the inferior races, the “mass-animal.”43 To Hitler, it was the divine mission of the Nazi movement to bring this about: “Those who see in National Socialism nothing more than a political movement know scarcely anything of it. It is more even than a religion: it is the will to create mankind anew.”44 To accomplish this Hitler believed that the Nazi movement must return the Aryan to his original state, for example, oneness with Volk, “herd instinct,” racial purity, and inner spirituality. If the Nazi movement was to lead the Aryan race back to its purest form, it must, Hitler felt, eliminate those factors that caused it to stray in the first place. These are the intellect, egoism, materialism, and impurity of blood. The existence of these elements was not, in Hitler’s mind, an accident of Aryan evolution, but the result of the conspiratorial actions of the Jew.
It is important to observe that there are also some striking differences between Blavatsky’s doctrine and Hitler’s later racial ideas. Blavatsky herself did not identify the Aryan race with the Germanic peoples. And although her racial doctrine clearly entailed belief in superior and inferior races and hence could be easily misused, she placed no emphasis on the domination of one race over another. She certainly did not advocate the use of force since human racial evolution was an inevitable process that operated primarily on the basis of spiritual laws. Nevertheless, in her work Blavatsky had helped to foster antisemitism, which is perhaps one of the reasons her esoteric work was so rapidly accepted in German circles. She sharply differentiated Aryan and Jewish religion. The Aryans were the most spiritual people on earth. For them, religion was an “everlasting lodestar.” For the Jews, religion was grounded on “mere calculation.” They had a “religion of hate and malice toward everyone and everything outside itself.”45 Jewish materialism and selfishness contrasted strongly with Aryan spirituality and selflessness. This dualism is dramatically echoed in Hitler in the following passage:
Two worlds face one another-the men of God and the men of Satan. The Jew is the anti-man, the creature of another god. He must have come from another root of the human race. I set the Aryan and the Jew over against each other; and if I call one of them a human being I must call the other something else. The two are as widely separated as man and beast. Not that I would call the Jew a beast. He is much further from the beasts than we Aryans. He is a creature outside nature and alien to nature.46
Hitler’s dualism, unlike Blavatsky’s, was conceived simply as a conflict between two races: “The struggle for world domination will be fought entirely between us, between Germans and Jews.”47
If we regard these parallels between Blavatsky’s esoteric thought and Hitler’s racial ideology as significant, then we need to consider an additional question. What were the specific channels by which Theosophy reached or influenced Hitler? The occult revival in Germany and in Europe in general in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries led to a remarkable growth of Theosophic lodges as well as other occult groups.48 But in Germany Theosophical speculation, especially on race and nature mysticism, became combined with volkisch movements that were nationalistic and antisemitic. The resulting combination of occultism, volkisch nationalism, racism, and antisernitism became known in Germany as Ariosophy. It is possible that Ariosophy provides the link between Theosophy and Hitler’s racial ideology.
The leading figures of Ariosophy were two Austrian occultists, Guido von List and Lanz von Liebenfels. Guido von List (1848-1919) was a free-lance author who turned increasingly to mystical and occult themes in his writings. His supporters formed the Guido von List Society in Vienna in 1903. It soon became one of the leading Viennese occult groups. Its members included the well-known Theosophist Franz Hartmann, the chief of staff of the Austro- Hungarian army, wealthy merchants in Vienna and Germany, and the affluent Munich industrialist Friedrich Wannieck, who largely financed the society. The primary purpose of the society was to circulate and perpetuate the books and ideas of List.49
List’s ideas were explicated in a series of occult books. In Die Religio der Ario-Germanen (The Religion of the Ario-Germans) List established the fundamental beliefs of Ariosophy. There is a life-force that pervades the universe and its mysteries could be grasped solely by people closely in tune with nature. Only the Ario-Germans were capable of this attunement since they were the most removed from modem rationalistic and materialistic society. The Jews, on the other hand, were viewed as a prime example of lower races since they were heavily involved in rationalism and materialism. In his work Die Armanenschaft der Ario-Germanen (The Armanen Caste of the ArioGermans) List made proposals for an Ario-Germanic state. It would be based on the recognition of the superiority of Aryan peoples and the need for lower races to serve the higher race. Only Ario-Germans could hold leadership positions in the state, schools, professions, industry and banks, newspapers, theater and the arts. Racial laws would maintain the purity of the Ario-Germanic race by prohibiting racial intermarriage and by reserving citizenship for Ario- Germans. A new school system based on levels would reserve the highest level for the “Armanen,” the Aryan leaders who were distinguished by their ability to use the occult powers of the soul to know the secrets of the ancient wisdom-religion.50 The parallels of List’s Ario-Germanic state to Hitler’s Nazi state are indeed striking.
List was also interested in occult signs and symbols. In Das Geheimnis der Runen (The Secret of the Runes) he portrayed runes as the sacred symbols of ancient Aryan knowledge which, interpreted properly, could provide a real understanding of spiritual forces. He used the swastika, which he depicted as a fundamental occult symbol of salvation, to represent the victory of the Aryans over the lower races. Blavatsky had also considered the swastika as a powerful occult symbol and had used it in the seal of the Theosophical Society.51 in Mein Kampf Hitler had viewed the swastika as symbolizing ” . . . the mission of the struggle for the victory of the Aryan man, and … the victory of the idea of creative work, which as such always has been and always will be anfi-Semific.”52
There can be little doubt about the close relationship between List’s Ariosophy and Theosophy. Franz Hartmann, himself a prominent Theosophist, explained how List’s teachings, especially on racial doctrine bore remarkable resemblance to those of Blavatsky.53 The kinship between List’s Ariosophy and Theosophy is also especially noticeable in Prana, a German occult monthly for applied spiritualism. It was published by the Theosophical publishing house at Leipzig and edited by Johannes Baltzli, a Theosophist who was secretary of the Guido von List Society and biographer of List. Contributors to Prana included the Theosophists Franz Hartmann and C.W. Leadbeater, and Guido von List himself. The journal’s name represented the power of the sun, considered the visible symbol of God. Prana emphasized the importance of vegetarianism. It argued that the eating of meat impeded the ability to understand nature and hence the cosmic life-force. Alcohol was thought to have the same negative qualities.54 It is interesting to note that Hitler became both a dedicated vegetarian and teetotaler by the 1920s.
Whether Hitler had a direct, personal relationship to the Guido von List Society during his years in Vienna from 1907-1913 has not been definitively established. The List Society was certainly prominent in the occult circles that stressed volkisch nationalism and antisernitism. And Hitler did emphasize in Mein Kampf that in Vienna he established “a world picture and a philosophy which became the granite foundation” of all his actions.55 That “granite foundation” was centered in his racial ideology. Nevertheless, it is more probable that Hitler did come into direct contact with another major proponent of Ariosophy in Vienna, Lanz von Liebenfels.
Lanz von Liebenfels (1874-1954) moved from Catholic monasticism to an involvement in occultism, racism, and German nationalism. He came to characterize his occupation as “racial researcher, philosopher of religion and sexual mystic,” all of which were consonant with various forms of occultism. He founded a quasi-religious Order of the New Templars whose primary purpose was to foster Ariosophical doctrines. He established his first New Templars castle in the Burg Werfenstein on the Danube in 1907 and proudly flew a swastika flag over it. By the 1920s he had established three more castles and a house in Salzburg as part of his Templar movement. He served as a member of the board of directors of the Guido von List Society.56
Lanz von Liebenfels wrote a series of occult works that presented his Ariosophical philosophy, although his major work Theozoologie (Theo- zoology), written in 1904, contains the essence of his thought. That philosophy, like List’s, was based on the superiority of the Ario-Germans. The Aryan was an exalted spiritual being: “The Aryan hero is on this planet the most complete incarnation of God and of the Spirit.”57 Jews, as well as other inferior races, were characterized as “animal- men” who must someday be eliminated by genetic selection, sterilization, deportations, forced labor, and even “direct liquidation.” The elimination of the “animal-man” made possible the coming of the “higher new man.”58 Liebenfels also propagated his occult racial views in a magazine called Ostara and subtitled “Library of Those Who are Blond and Defend the Rights of the Male.”59
According to Liebenfels, there was a close affinity between Theosophy and his brand of Ariosophy. In discussing Blavatsky’s work, The Secret Doctrine, he wrote enthusiastically that “she was almost a generation ahead of her time and of anthropology. Today for the first time work on the latest material has brought to light results which show a completely amazing identity with those of the spiritual Theosophist.”60 It was claimed by a friend that Lanz had direct contact with Blavatsky and her immediate successor as head of the Theosophical movement, Annie Besant.61
The direct impact of Lanz von Liebenfels on Hitler is by no means accepted by all historians. However, Liebenfels claimed that he had personal contact with Hitler when the future Fiihrer visited him in 1909 to obtain some back issues of Ostara.62 The New Templar movement was still active during the growth of the Nazi party and Liebenfels himself made several direct assertions concerning the close relationship of his movement to Hitler’s. He wrote in 1925:
Already there appear the outlines of a new Ariosophical, Ario-Christian International: Fascism in Italy, Awakening Hungary, the Spanish Fascists, the North American Ku Klux Man and finally the Swastikamovement in Germany, directly proceeding from Ariosophy.63
In 1932 Liebenfels wrote to one of his New Templar brothers: “Do you know that Hitler is one of our pupils? You will still live to see that he, and thereby we, also will triumph and kindle a movement that will make the world tremble.”64 Are these statements pure fantasy? Or did Liebenfels know of Hitler’s affinity to his movement?
Without new evidence it may be impossible to prove to everyone’s satisfaction that Hitler was directly influenced in the development of his racial ideology by Guido von List and Lanz von Liebenfels. But there can be little doubt, based on the parallels found in Hitler and in both Theosophy and Ariosophy that the occult climate of Vienna in Hitler’s “formative years” did have an impact on him. Hitler experienced a similar environment after the war when he returned to Munich. Postwar Germany, as one contemporary noted, was rife with occultism:
Germany seems to be gripped by an occult fever. Its victims are like drug- addicts; every new psychic fashion claims thousands of adherents and dozens of victims…. Men and women have become exhausted by the sorrows and horrors of reality; they flee to the world of imagination; the maze of everyday life enfolds them and they hope to find a way out through occultism and dreams.65
The Bavarian capital of Munich was likewise a scene of much occult activity and Hitler had ample opportunity to experience it. In the conversation with Rauschning quoted earlier in this paper, Hitler refers to his knowledge of a Munich occultist who had written about the “Cyclopean eye.”66 As a frequent visitor at the home of Hugo and Elsa Bruckmann in 1922 and 1923, Hitler probably heard some of the lectures of Alfred Schuler, a disciple of Guido von List.67 Most important, however, Hitler associated with various members of the Thule Society, an occult society that combined occult racial philosophy with a belief in militant action. Ariosophy, like Theosophy, had relied on intellectual expositions of racial evolution. The Thule Society preached Aryan supremacy and acted to achieve it. It provides the final link between occult racial theories and the racial ideology of Hitler and the emerging Nazi party.
The Thule Society was basically a continuation of the Germanen Order, whose first lodge was established in Berlin in 1912. Modeled after the organization of Freemasonry, the aims of the Germanen Order were to achieve German racial purity, attack the Jews, and establish Germans as the leaders of Europe. In 1917, Rudolf von Sebottendorf was made head of the Order’s Bavarian province. In order to provide a cover for the Order’s activities, he founded the Thule Society in January 1918. The Thule Society functioned outwardly as a “German Studies” group. Despite its outer appearance, it was actively involved in the counter-revolutionary forces against the Bavarian Soviet Republic, which the Thule felt was dominated by Jews.68
In his 1933 book, Bevor Hitler Kam (Before Hitler Came), Rudolf von Sebottendorf claimed that the Thule Society was of great importance to the founding of Hitler’s National Socialist movement. He stated,
It was Thule people to whom Hitler first came and it was Thule people who first united themselves with Hitler. The armament of the coming Fiihrer consisted, besides the Thule itself, of the German Workers’ Society, founded in the Thule Society by brother Karl Harrer and the German-Socialist Party led by Hans Georg Grassinger, whose organ was the Munchener Beobachter, later the Volkische Beobachter. From these three sources Hitler created the National Socialist German Worker’s Party.69
Undoubtedly, Sebottendorf exaggerated his own significance.70 There is no evidence that he and Hitler ever met. Nevertheless, the German Worker’s Party, which Hitler joined and later renamed, was founded by Anton Drexler early in 1919 under the chairmanship of Karl Harrer, a member of the Thule. In fact, the German Workers’ Party had a number of close links with the Thule society. Hitler also had intimate ties with Thule members. Dietrich Eckart, whom Hitler accepted as his mentor and praised as the original father of the Nazi movement, Alfred Rosenberg, eventually the Nazi party’s ideologist, and Rudolf Hess, Hitler’s future second-in-command, were all members of the Thule Society. Sebottendorf’s Thule Society, with its occult, racist ideas is, regardless of any exaggeration in Sebottendorf’s claims, connected to the beginning of Hitler’s National Socialism.
Significantly, the Thule Society was well grounded in occultist philosophy. Eckart, Rosenberg, and Hess shared occult interests. In his writings, Dietrich Eckart combined German racism, his own version of occult Christian mysticism, and a profound knowledge of Theosophy and occultism in general. Alfred Rosenberg, an intimate of Eckart, shared his mystical preoccupations. In his work, The Myth of the Twentieth Century, he developed an “occult history” of mankind based on the lost Atlantis. Rudolf Hess was especially interested in astrology and astrological prophecies and herbalist lore founded upon the occult “doctrine of correspondences.” Thule’s founder Rudolf von Sebottendorf was a practicing occultist. He wrote a history of Turkish Freemasonry and a history of astrology that was really a discussion of occult prehistory. He edited an astrological magazine and another called Runen, which was decorated with swastikas.71 According to Sebottendorf himself, the Germanen Order and Thule Society were basically dependent for their intellectual foundation on Guido von List and Lanz von Liebenfels. Indeed, the connection of the Thule Society to Ariosophy is evident in a headline of Thule’s newspaper, the Mfinchener Beobachter. It read “Down with the Tschandalen,” the latter being Liebenfels’s name for the inferior races who faced liquidation.72
This paper began with a discussion of Hitler’s racial ideology and its parallels to Blavatsky’s esoteric thought. Our examination of the Ariosophy of Guido von List and Lanz von Liebenfels and the Thule Society described the possible channels by which Theosophical thought might have reached Hitler and helped to determine his own racial ideology. Considerably more research remains to be done to show specifically how Hitler and other Nazis came into direct contact with esoteric philosophy and more important, what the ramifications of this new information are. The lack of originality in Hitler’s thought is apparent. But Hitler’s true originality was his ability to translate ideas into reality. His racial ideology, derived in part from perversion of esoteric thought, did, after all, become racial genocide.
3. Ibid., p. 22. The general subject of Hitler’s ideology has not been very thoroughly explored. The standard treatment of Hitler’s world view is Eberhard Jackerl, Hitler’s Weltanschauung, trans. Herbert Arnold (Middletown, CT, 1972). Also valuable is Heinrich Kautz, Das zerschlagene Menschenbild: Prinzipien und Ideen zur Wirklichkeit und Ideologie des Nationalsozialismus (Sankt Augustin, 1977). Barbara Miller Lane and Leila Rupp have edited a collection of selections from other Nazis dealing with ideology in Nazi Ideology before 1933 (Austin, 1978). A new approach to this problem is taken in James Rhodes, The Hitler Movement: A Modern Millenarian Revolution (Stanford, 1980). His thesis that National Socialist ideology was a “more or less coherent millenarian and gnostic world view” is well argued.

Webb, p. 15, defines occultism as a term covering Spiritualism, Theosophy, Eastern cults, varieties of Christian sects, and the esoteric pursuits of magic, alchemy and astrology. Although these can be in conflict, they share one common belief, the ideal of “spiritual development.”
33. It is possible that the often lurid approach seen in books produced by popular dabblers in the occult understandably drove serious historians away from such a pursuit. Examples of such “occult” Hitler studies include: Francis King, Satan and Swastika (St. Albans, 1976); J.H. Brennan, Occult Reich (New York, 1974); Trevor Ravenscroft, The Spear of Destiny (New York, 1973); Jean-Michel Angebert, The Occult and the Third Reich, trans. Lewis Sumberg (New York, 1974); and Gerald Suster, Hitler: the Occult Messiah (New York, 1981). These studies use the same evidence to build their arguments. Most of the evidence is circumstantial and undocumented.
34. As Reginald Phelps has shown, Hitler deliberately crushed the claim of Rudolf von Sebottendorf that the occult Thule Society was largely responsible for creating the original German Worker’s Party. Although some historians have attempted to question the content of Rauschning’s conversations with Hitler, Theodore Schieder’s conclusion in his study, Hermann Rauschnings “Gesprache mit Hitler” als Geschichtsquelle (Opladen, 1972) is a well-balanced one: ” . . . although the words attributed to Hitler by Rauschning cannot be valued as being authentic in the sense they were recorded verbatim . . . they must be seen as an attempt at a composite summing-up. In this Rauschning undoubtedly produces something noteworthy.” Quoted in J. S. Conway, “Hermann Rauschning as Historian and Opponent of Nazism,” Canadian Journal of History 8 (1973): 67-78.

When you have a boss who is a lesbian, it stands to reason you have employees who are lesbians. So it is with TSA. What is normal among the normal sexually speaking is abnormal among the filthy who suffer from “sexual dyslexia”…which in the case of lesbian TSA workers, they read “Amy and Eve” rather then “Adam and Eve”. The verbal application and “in the work place” demonstration of these workers is found in their degenerate filthy sexual molesting of children behavior as documented in this and other cases.
Now to think lesbian TSA agents sexually molesting or raping children (and adults) with their hands is acceptable to President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder castes an eternal shame on our government. Combine this with the silence of Congress that this behavior is of no importance to them either and what we have left is a throw back to when homosexual Nazi’s did the same to those they chose to sexually violate for whatever dark diabolical reason of the moment.
The latest example of TSA “child molestation took place in Missouri. There…two lesbian TSA workers, one White, the other Black, “did their hand job” on a 3 year old White girl…in a wheelchair no less. Now ask yourself, how can this girl be “profiled” to be a terrorist? You can’t. The only reason these two lesbian degenerates did what they did was to get their rocks off together after work…talking in “kiddy porn” language with each other over a drink about how they made that little girl squirm and cry when their “lesbian powered hands” touched her.
Yep…as I think about these two lesbian porno perverts working as TSA Agents having their day made in being allowed to engage in “legalized hands on kiddy porn” and to the suffering of a innocent little child, the words forcefully thrust into my mind authored by the One who holds the keys to death and hell who is quoted to have said…
“But whosoever shall offend one of these little ones who believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” (Jesus Christ)
Preface: The information below documents and exposes the deliberate lies and fabrications used by the State of Missouri and it’s “Axis Allies” to condemn and destroy Morningland Dairy, a business who has “safely” produced and distributed “raw milk cheese” throughout the United States. The State of Missouri represents the Conglomerate Dairy industry, that demonic entity that produces destructive to our health dairy products. Read and learn about what our country is becoming and how quickly citizens will sell their souls to the devil for money. Missouri has become the “Son of Perdition State of Judas” and Governor Nixon and Attorney General Kostner with their “jack boot henchmen” should each receive the Nazi Iron Cross for bravery! Seig Heil!
The Missouri Milk Board prepared and gave their version of the timeline on Morningland Dairy’s destruction to the representatives and senators in the Missouri Legislature.
There were a great number of obfuscations and a few outright lies in their timeline. To correct those, and to make sure that Reps and Senators had clear information, Denise Dixon went through and provided clarification and correction where needed on the timeline offered by the Milk Board. Denise emailed this and the original Rebuttal and Request for Humane Treatment (my words) given by Morningland to the Milk Board in October of 2010. The Milk Board, Attorney General’s Office and the Governor were also emailed both of these documents.
In the interest of full transparency, I have copied these documents for everyone to see. Please feel free to share them and spread the info all across the county. The fact is that there is a war on real food at the agency level. Since there is supposed to be a balance of power in our system of government, the legislature DOES have the ability to affect the conduct of the Milk Board if they choose to do so….More on that another time. For right now, here are the communications from the Dixons in response to the Milk Board Timeline given to our elected officials here in Missouri:
Adding/Correcting/Refuting the Missouri Milk Board (SMB ) Timeline
So much is missing, misleading, or false in the original timeline. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

State of Missouri vs. Morningland Dairy
Joe and Denise Dixon, owners
Correction: State of Missouri vs. Morningland of the Ozarks, LLC
August 25, 2010 – Stephen Beam, Ph.D, Chief, California Dept. of Food & Agriculture Milk and Dairy Food Safety Branch reported two raw milk cheeses found w/Listeria monocytogenes and Staphylococcus aureus from Morningland Dairy 29-428. Case to be filed in LA County. Added: The cheese that California allegedly tested was said to have come from Rawesome Foods, a food co-op in Venice, California that was raided at gunpoint by several state and federal agencies on June 30th, 2010. Rawesome members were ordered to leave the co-op building, cameras inside the co-op building were covered up or turned off, and 17 un-iced coolers of food were removed from the building and taken away.
August 26, 2010 – Received lab reports, submission sheets, and label photos for two cheese samples from California Dept. of Food and Agriculture Milk and Dairy Food Safety Branch confirming contamination. Note: Contrary to California regulation, our cheese that was allegedly taken in the Rawesome Foods raid was not tested within a 24-48 hour period of time, nor was an equal sample provided to us to test. In fact, it was 55 days before our cheese was tested, and how the cheese was kept (and how often they really tested the cheese) is unclear. To our knowledge, the Milk Board did not question California’s lack of protocol in handling and testing the cheese.
– Investigation at Morningland plant begun on-site, plant production and product shipment halted, product inventory placed under embargo. Plant records inadequate to verify raw milk cheese was aged properly for sixty-day period as required by 21 CFR Section 133 for interstate shipment. Refutal: Contrary to the milk board’s statement, Morningland Dairy (Morningland) did have adequate records to verify that our cheese was aged for 60 days. Missouri Milk Board Inspector Don Falls and his assistant Roger Neill, using our completed ‘make sheets’ and the dates physically recorded on each batch of cheese, were, in fact, able to confirm that all cheese that was less than 60 days old was indeed in our cooler.
– Notice of Condemnation/Seizure posted on refrigerated cheese storage door. Notice of Condemnation/Seizure contingent on sample analysis. Morningland plant personnel cooperating fully. Note: Falls and Neill confirmed that the two batches of cheese (represented by the two samples from California) were completely gone from our cheese cooler, having been sold, shipped and consumed, with no complaint of illness, yet all of our cheese was embargoed/seized that day.
Also on this day our plant manager, Jedadiah York, following instruction from Joe Dixon, spoke to Falls about selecting a laboratory for testing. Falls told York that it so happened, while attending a recent seminar, he had picked up a business card for a lab (Microbe Inotech) in St. Louis, and he suggested that Morningland use this lab for testing. He said that he was unfamiliar with this lab and that he wanted to keep the card, in case he might want to contact them in future, so York could make a copy of the card, which York did. (After the results came back, however, in discussing the lab’s analysis, Falls told us that the Milk Board used Microbe Inotech often. We later learned that Falls and the Milk Board, in fact, have done business with Microbe Inotech at least since 1999.)
August 27, 2010 – Morningland requested permission to select samples from consumer ready packages of cheese for an analysis at an approved laboratory “to confirm quality”. Fourteen samples were collected by Morningland plant manager, from random make dates and lots, under supervision of State Milk Board. Samples sent to Microbe Inotech laboratory in St. Louis.
Correction: It was on August 26th that Joe Dixon, through plant manager York, requested to have our cheese tested, and Inspector Falls said ‘yes’. Dixon did not request to use “consumer ready packages” as samples; we wanted and expected legitimate sampling to be done. Falls told York that he and Neill would be staying at a nearby motel and would return again the next morning, so the Dixons assumed that Falls would supervise proper procedure in the taking of samples (as the Milk Board did at Homestead Creamery cheese plant in northern Missouri in January of this year.) However, Falls said nothing to our plant manager about proper sampling procedures. Instead, Falls simply looked on as York naively chose 14 pieces of precut cheese as samples. Falls recorded the date codes of each piece of cheese that was chosen. Falls added his name as witness to the improper sampling.
Also on this day, Michelle Thompson of the FDA contacted Morningland and told plant manager York about the “need” to recall all of its cheese produced in 2010. Ms. Thompson kept emphasizing the importance of such a recall, pressuring York to fill out the form she’d e-mailed and to register the recall on the site she’d sent him – right away. York contacted us about pressure from the FDA to do a recall, and we told him not to do anything yet, that Denise Dixon would handle that after we returned from the State of Washington late on the 29th and could talk to Inspector Falls on the 30th. Ms. Thompson even attempted to contact York on Saturday the 28th, via phone calls and e-mail, to see why the recall had not yet been implemented.
Also, despite the fact that no decision had yet been made by Morningland to do a recall because questions remained unanswered, on this day it was leaked by a state or federal agency to the press that Morningland Dairy was recalling all of its cheese from 2010.
August 30, 2010 – Lab analysis revealed samples positive for Listeria monocytogenes and Staphylococcus. Correction: No results from the lab were received on this day. FDA environmental team from Springfield FDA residence Post on-site to begin swab sample collection to attempt to locate origin. Note: As soon as Falls and Neill arrived that morning, Denise informed Falls that the sampling had been improperly done, that the test results would not reflect the quality of the cheese alone, and that we would need to re-do the test, using legitimate sampling procedures. (We were not yet aware of the fact that Falls had supervised the improper sampling.) Falls answered that we should just wait to see the test results before arranging for a proper sampling and testing.
Also on this day, Denise Dixon spoke with Michelle Thompson of the FDA, questioning the need for recalling our entire production of cheese in 2010, due to no report of illness, and Ms. Thompson informed Denise that if Morningland did not do the recall that the FDA would do it for us, and that this would look bad on Morningland’s part. When Denise questioned Falls why it was necessary to do such a large recall when no illnesses had occurred, Falls also insisted we go ahead with the recall as it was. Denise questioned why this was necessary, and Falls told Denise that Morningland needed to do the recall first and ask why afterward.
August 31, 2010 – Morningland issued voluntary recall of all products in cooperation with FDA. Note: As explained in the preceding paragraph, our recall was not voluntary.
September 02, 2010 – FDA recorded cheese inventory of Morningland Dairy. Total = 29,845 lbs.
40# blocks – 688 = 27,520 lbs
20# blocks – 56 = 1,120 lbs
10# blocks – 9 = 90 lbs
5# blocks – 37 = 185 lbs
1# pkgs. – 485 = 485 lbs
<# pkgs. – 85 = 85 lbs
Note: Falls testified in court trial, on or about January 11-12, 2011, that he had inventoried our cheese cooler. This was false. As of that day, Falls had never counted our cheese. After the court judgment had been made in Feb., 2011, there was one occasion when Falls came to check on the cheese in our cooler, and he did do an inventory then.
Above is a fairly accurate inventory of the number of blocks, but the blocks weighed substantially more than their size categories of 40#, 20#, 10#, etc. For example, the average 40# block actually weighed about 48 lbs., so the total weight of destroyed cheese was actually 36,420 lbs.
September 03, 2010 – Laboratory test analysis confirms contamination in cheese product made from January to August 2010. This is the day we received the lab results from the improper sampling. After receiving the fax from Microbe Inotech containing our test results, Denise Dixon noted that there were two date codes that had been misread by Falls. One week later, we received a second set of test results, with the two date codes changed. The cover sheet read that Falls had called the lab and had the date codes corrected, even though we had not authorized Falls as our spokesman to Microbe Inotech.
Note: The second set of test results also showed a modification of the lab’s analysis. The first analysis listed some samples as “weakly positive” for Listeria and Staph. We asked Falls what ‘weakly positive’ meant, and he answered that he didn‘t know but he would find out; when the 2nd set of test results arrived, we noted that some samples were now listed as “99% probable weakly positive”.
Second Note: These results were from the lab that Inspector Falls coerced us into using. Also, when it was discovered that two of the date codes had been incorrectly recorded by Falls as Mr. York chose the pieces, Falls simply called the lab and had the dates changed, and the lab faxed us a new copy with the changed dates and a modified analysis!
– MDA press release confirming lab results. It is very important to understand that even if the tests were accurate, these results were from improperly taken samples that could have been affected by the cutting and/or packaging equipment, the vacuum bags, the person/s handling the cheese, and from any of the other cheese that was cut at the same time. No instructions were given to the employees who cut and wrapped the small pieces of cheese that were taken for testing. Because no legitimate sampling was performed, using proper sampling techniques, the cheese was never properly tested.
Also important to note is the fact that, the test results didn’t actually come back ‘positive’; the results read, ‘weakly positive’. We asked the milk board what that meant; they said they would try to find out, and then the second set of results that the lab sent, after Falls had the lab change the two date codes, read ’99% probable, weakly positive’. We also asked the milk board what that meant, and they said they didn’t know. According to Black’s Law Dictionary, probable is 51%, so 99% of 51 is 50.5%, so it appears to have tested ’50.5% weakly positive’, whatever that means. Since the vast majority of listeria bacteria is harmless, we asked to do further testing to find out if it was a harmful subtype, and they said they would not do any testing. When we pressed them, they said that we could do further testing at our own expense, so we were arranging to do so (at a cost of about $10,000) when we learned from the milk board that any further testing we might do could be used only for educational purposes, and that it would not make any difference to the milk board’s decision to destroy our cheese! We could not afford such an expense if it would not help to clear any of our cheese.
Another Note: At the trial, on or about Jan. 11-12, 2011, Falls testified that the test from Microbe Inotech was the state’s test. This is false. The test was done in the names of Joseph & Denise Dixon, and we paid for the test ourselves. The state (Milk Board) paid for nothing in testing, nor did the Milk Board assist in ensuring that proper sampling occurred. The Milk Board refused to do any proper testing of our cheese.
Also of note: At our hearing on June 29, 2011, Falls admitted that Missouri had no regulation regarding the presence of Staph in milk products.
September 09, 2010 – Dixons present FDA Public Servant Questionnaire re PL 93579. Note: When we presented the public servant questionnaire to Audra Ashmore of the FDA, she looked at it, and we saw her hand shaking as she handed it back, stating, “I can’t fill this out.” One sample question from the public servant questionnaire was, “Will the public servant uphold the Constitution of the United States?”
– MDA Plant Industries Div, Feed and Seed Division: Morningland cheese is considered adulterated and will not be allowed for use in pet food or feed.
Note: Gene Wiseman of the Milk Board told us that our cheese was not even fit for dogs to eat, that being ultra-pasteurized would not make our cheese fit for dogs to consume.
September 10, 2010 – SMB reviewed recommended procedures for sanitation to plant manager.
– Cow cheese confirmed as common denominator for high Listeria monocytogenes analysis from samples analyzed. We are not aware of any such confirmation, and we request a dated copy of this alleged confirmation.
September 14, 2010 – SMB recommends Morningland Dairy of the Ozarks, LLC utilize California Mastitis Test (CMT) to identify and pull problematic cows from production. Official raw milk samples from the farm:
Date 1/25/2010 2/23/2010 3/22/2010 4/20/2010 5/25/2010 6/29/2010 7/27/2010 8/24/2010
Bac 13,000 5,700 6,300 9,300 12,000 5,000 4,400 10,000
SCC 440,000 700,000 620,000 830,000 670,000 620,000 700,000 1,700,000
Note: We are not aware of any recommendation from SMB in regards to utilizing a mastitis test. We request of the milk board to please show us a dated copy of such a recommendation of the CMT to Morningland.
Another note: An explanation of these numbers should have been included. Any dairyman can tell you that sometimes he/she experiences a rise in cell count in his milk, which occurs as the result of any of various circumstances, including testing error. The regulations allow for occasional spikes in the count because of the general understanding that it is easy to experience a temporary spike in count, and that such a spike can almost always be easily corrected. Our understanding is that the regulations allow that unless a dairy experiences 3 spikes out of 5 consecutive tests, no action is necessary. If tests show 3 spikes in 5 consecutive tests, then the dairy is given a warning, and if a 6th test shows a continued spike in cell count, then the dairy is put on probation and its milk is not purchased until it can show, by testing, that the count is at or below 750,000.
Our milk test results above show two spikes (over 750,000) in an 8-month period, but they were not consecutive spikes and did not even elicit a warning. We actually showed in court that we had 3 spikes in 19 samples, and none were consecutive. Our test results were completely acceptable for any dairy. We have never received the first warning; neither was any effort to assess or observe our cows to determine their condition made by our inspector or any member of the Missouri Milk Board as the result of milk tests.
Also to be noted: Joe Dixon asked Don Falls why the regulations read the way they do, allowing for spikes in testing . Falls replied that sometimes the testing itself can be inaccurate.
Also to be noted: All of the 99 swabs that FDA took in our milk barn and in our cheese plant came back negative for presence of bacteria – in other words, 100% clean. This analysis was not allowed to be introduced into evidence at the trial.
September 15, 2010 – SMB requests Dixons to destroy all cheese products inventoried; to clean and sanitize facilities in order to resume production quickly. Refutal: The Missouri Milk Board NEVER stipulated any process or procedures that would allow us to “resume production quickly”. If they contend that they did make such an offer, we request written and dated proof of the offer and it’s stipulations. Morningland never received any such offer, even though we asked several times what it would take for us to be allowed to resume production. When asked how Morningland might resume production, Inspector Don Falls stated that the methods would be discussed in conference with the Dept. of Health and Senior Services, The Missouri Dept of Agriculture, the Missouri Milk Board, and the FDA, but no solution was ever presented to us. Even the FDA, long after the trial, sent us a letter stating that they had concluded their investigation, but at the same time threatening us that they could come back anytime and open up another investigation of Morningland Dairy.
September 16, 2010 – Morningland Dairy requests farm inspection to upgrade from manufacturing grade to grade “A” farm permit. Dairy farm inspectors on-site to inspect and review recommendations for improvement.
September 29, 2010 – Morningland Dairy passed inspection to produce and ship grade “A” milk.
October 1, 2010 – Packet of materials including GMP hand delivered to Joe Dixon. Dixon agreed to destroy cheese inventory on October 8, 2010. Refutal:Joe Dixon never agreed to destroy the cheese inventory. He simply stated that if the cheese were to be destroyed it would need to take place on a Friday, since he was working out of state Sunday through Thursday.
October 4, 2010 – Dixon changes his mind and refuses to destroy cheese. Correction: As explained in the previous paragraph, Joe Dixon did not agree to destroy our cheese, so he did not change his mind. On or about October 6th, 2010, we sent a letter to the Milk Board rebutting many of their statements concerning Morningland, stating that we did not want to destroy the cheese, and offering a compromise. We offered to destroy all of our cut pieces of cheese, and to properly test each batch of our remaining cheese to establish its character. Any cheese that tested positive for certain bacteria we would not sell; each batch that tested negative for certain bacteria we would be able to sell. (NOTE: This letter is attached to this e-mail.)
October 22, 2010 – Attorney General Koster seeks injunction to require Morningland Dairy to destroy contaminated cheese products. Note: On October 6, 2010, Denise Dixon e-mailed letters to many government officials to request help with the threat of the Milk Board to destroy all of our cheese, including the Governor, State representatives and Senators, and also Attorney General Koster. When Denise was promptly contacted by one of the staff in Koster’s office, she thought she had found someone who was concerned about the destruction situation. However, the AG’s office was informing her that she needed to be in court the next day. This particular court appointment was cancelled by the Attorney General’s office later that day, but it was on that day that we knew the Milk Board rejected our offer for compromise.
October 2010 – Attorney for the Dixons and Missouri Attorney General’s Office engage in lengthy settlement negotiations so that Morningland can test its untested cheese and sell it if cheese shows no signs of contamination. Refutal:This statement here is intentionally misleading. Some negotiations between our attorney and the Attorney General’s office did occur about testing the cheese, but these were NOT settlement negotiations, nor was ANY mention made by the AG’s office or the milk board that we could sell our cheese if it showed no signs of contamination. If they contend that they did make such an offer, we request written and dated proof of the offer and it’s stipulations. As we arranged for testing, we learned from Falls that the AG’s office and the Milk Board were allowing further testing only for “educational purposes“, and that the Milk Board intended to destroy all of our cheese regardless of the results of further testing, even if it tested clean. We could not afford to spend the $10,000 or more that it would have cost for testing because, according to Falls, the testing could not clear our cheese for sale, so we ceased our efforts to arrange for the testing.
– Dixons decide to go forward with lawsuit for a takings claim rather than test cheese, as testing would cost too much money. Note: Plant manager York asked Falls how many times we would need to test a batch of cheese before we could sell it. Falls answered that the cheese would still be ’suspect’. York asked then if one of our 40# blocks tested ‘clean’ 100 times – would we be able to sell it? Falls answered, “No, it would still be ‘suspect’.”
January 11-12, 2011 – Bench trial scheduled in Howell County Circuit Court. Note: At the beginning of the trial on January 11, 2011, we requested a jury trial, but were denied one by Judge David Dunlap.
February 23, 2011 – Final Order of Permanent Injunction issued by Judge David Dunlap, Howell County Circuit Court. Judge Dunlap orders cheese destroyed and requires Morningland to implement several sanitation practices when making cheese again, including the use of sanitizer and latex gloves. Dixons complain that order is too costly and requests amended judgment. Note: Even though, as the Milk Board knows, we used sanitizer and latex gloves throughout our plant, Judge Dunlap’s order did mention the use of sanitizer and latex gloves, along with several costly changes. Nearly all, or possibly all, of the “sanitation practices” that Morningland was ordered to implement are not according to Missouri regulation, and are therefore not required in other Missouri cheese plants. For example, a former supplier of goat milk to Morningland started his own small cheese plant after we were shut down with the embargo. This former supplier’s inspector for his new cheese plant was Don Falls. Falls told the owner of this new plant to use the same type of air flow system that is in place at the Morningland plant, even though the judge’s order demands that Morningland’s air flow system be replaced before resuming production, despite the FDA tests finding no environmental contamination. Additionally, the Judge ordered that Morningland “verify” that no animal has mastitis. That instruction is not possible to implement. Stripping of teats prior to placing milkers does not constitute a verifiable lack of mastitis. That can only be done through culturing of milk.
Second Note: Denise Dixon made inquiries to dairy and cheese plant suppliers, as well as a cheese plant consultant, as to the cost of implementing all of the changes to our plant that were ordered by Judge Dunlap. The cost of implementing such changes was over $100,000 up front, with additional testing costs to be incurred during the aging phase.
Third Note: During inspection, Inspector Falls NEVER advised us of the need for any of the “sanitation practices” ordered by the judge.
May 23, 2011 – Amended Judgment and Order issued by Judge David Dunlap, Howell County Circuit Court. Judge Dunlap reaffirms earlier order and clarifies that the court found all of the cheese to be contaminated based on a representative sample and that the court found the cheese making facility was unsanitary. Important Note: The two conclusions on which Judge Dunlap based his judgment were TOTALLY UNFACTUAL and based on NO EVIDENCE, as witnessed by the fact that Morningland NEVER received any letters notifying us of any violations of regulation.
Note: We believe that it cannot be overstated that the only cheese testing done was from improperly taken samples that could have been affected by the cutting and/or packaging equipment, the vacuum bags, the person/s handling the cheese, and from any of the other cheese that was cut at the same time because the samples were not handled properly for testing. Inspector Falls knew that the sampling on August 27, 2010 was improper from the very beginning, since he looked on that day and also signed his name as a witness of the sampling.
As for being “a representative sample”, the samples actually represented less than one half of one percent (.039%) of our cheese, and because those were taken improperly, they really did not represent any of our cheese. Falls knew and was reminded often (by Denise Dixon) of the need to testproperly obtained samples in order to obtain accurate data on our cheese.
Note also: No evidence was entered at trial to indicate any unsanitary conditions in the Morningland cheese plant. Morningland attempted to enter the 100% clean test results from the 99 swab samples taken by the FDA, but the FDA’s test results were denied entry by Judge Dunlap.
June 29, 2011 – Judgment in Contempt ordered by Judge David Dunlap, Howell County Circuit Court. Judge Dunlap ordered Morningland to cease selling contaminated cheese. Refutal: This statement is blatantly false. Morningland was called into court for a hearing as the result of a verbal confrontation between Don Falls and Joe Dixon, and because the Milk Board found Morningland-labeled cheese being sold in a Columbia, MO store. Falls had arrived at Morningland several days before the hearing, unannounced, to check on the embargoed cheese. Since Dixon was working out of state, Dixon told Falls over the telephone that Falls was welcome to look at and even count the cheese, but that, since we’d been forced out of business, the Dixons had begun using the rest of the plant for personal storage, so Falls was not welcome in the rest of the plant. (Please note that there are two large windows which make it easy to see into the Morningland vat room, and that it was very apparent to anyone who bothered to look from the outside of the building that the vat room was being used for storage purposes.) After seeing that all of the embargoed cheese remained untouched in the cheese cooler, Falls left. A short time later, a Milk Board employee found some pieces of Morningland-labeled cheese in a Columbia retail store. Falls was aware that Morningland was no longer an LLC and had become a private member association (we announced this on the first day of the court trial, Jan. 11, 2011.) We were buying cheese in bulk from 2 other licensed cheese makers and cutting and wrapping it for our private association members. Instead of contacting us for an explanation of the presence of the cheese in the store (we learned at the hearing that a member of the association had ordered cheese from us and had made the mistake of placing the cheese in his mother’s store to sell) the Milk Board forced us to court to answer to 3 accusations:
1) Making cheese without implementing the $100,000 worth of changes to our plant, as ordered by Judge Dunlap
2) Selling embargoed cheese from our cooler
3) Hindering the Milk Board from inspecting the Morningland plant.
Because he worked out-of-state, Joe Dixon could not attend the hearing. Denise Dixon had to fly back to Missouri from Ohio, where she was caring for her elderly parents. At the hearing, Denise Dixon easily showed that the Dixons were not making any cheese and that they were not selling embargoed cheese, but the judge found the Dixons in contempt for not allowing Falls to inspect the entire plant. Importantly, and contrary to the Milk Board’s timeline statement, we were not ordered to cease selling contaminated or embargoed cheese at the hearing, because we had never sold embargoed (or contaminated) cheese.
September 27, 2012 – Appeal from Circuit Court of Howell County Affirmed by Missouri Court of Appeals Southern District.
December 29, 2012 – Supreme Court of Missouri en banc denied application to transfer case from Missouri Court of Appeals.
January 10, 2013 – Morningland asks if the State Milk Board will agree to destroy cheese on January 25, 2013, pursuant to the court order. State Milk Board agrees. Refutal: Morningland never asked the Milk Board to destroy our cheese. The Attorney General’s office informed the Dixons’ attorney that the milk board would carry out the destruction of our cheese on Wednesday, January 23rd. The Dixons’ attorney requested the destruction to take place on a Friday, in order for Joseph to be able to attend. Friday, January 25th, became the date of destruction.
January 25, 2013 – Five State Milk Board employees arrive on site at 8:00 a.m. and are met by 30-40 protesters, some of whom are armed. Staff called Howell County sheriff and State Highway Patrol to assist in managing the crowd. At approximately 10:00 a.m., the highway patrolmen persuade the protesters to let SMB staff onto the Morningland farm. Cheese was removed and destroyed as per court order by 5:00 p.m. Correction: These statements are deliberately misleading. The five state milk board employees (including Inspector Don Falls) arrived and came on the Morningland farm at 8:00 a.m. Not one person hindered any of the five milk board employees from going wherever they needed or wanted to go on the farm. The videos that were taken of Falls and the other four Milk Board employees, who stated they were just “doing their job” ,were made between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., and the Milk Board employees were at our cheese cooler then. Only two US Military Veterans out of the 40-50 people who came in protest of the taking of our cheese wore legal, open-carry weapons. Not one of the people in attendance threatened anyone with physical harm. All who were there, including the sheriff’s men and the state highway patrolmen, can attest to these facts.
Important Note: The five Milk Board employees, including Don Falls, wore no special gear to load all of our cheese (this cheese, according to the Milk Board, was supposed to be too dangerous even for dogs to eat nearly 2-½ years earlier) and allowed people – even elderly folks – to handle the “dangerous” cheese as it was being loaded. Inspector Falls even watched a child play on the dumpster load of cheese, showing his full awareness that our cheese posed no threat to anyone.
Questions: If our cheese was dangerous enough to have to destroy it nearly 2-½ years ago, why would the five Milk Board employees wear no protective gear when they came to take it on January 25th, why would they allow the public (whom they say it is their job to protect) to handle the cheese, especially a child, and why would they “contaminate” their vehicles with germs from that so-called dangerous cheese, only to possibly contaminate other dairies or plants that they inspect next? Where is the integrity of the Missouri Milk Board‘s conduct? Where is the integrity of the Missouri Attorney General’s Office in searching for the truth? Where is the integrity of Judge David Dunlap in making an unfounded judgment?
An Important Comparison
We recently spoke with Mr. Tim Flory at his small cheese plant (Homestead Creamery) in northern Missouri. His plant was temporarily shut down by the Missouri State Milk Board in January of this year, when one batch of its cheese was linked with an illness from an alleged e-coli bacterial contamination. The Missouri Milk Board destroyed only that one batch, used proper sampling procedures that were conducted by the Milk Board, in testing of other batches of Flory’s cheese, and allowed Flory to resume business in less than a month.
Conversely, Morningland Dairy has NEVER had a illness connected with our cheese, yet the Milk Board refused to do any proper testing. We were, instead, forced to recall eight months of cheese sales, and every single one of our 70+ batches of cheese was destroyed, along with our business, by the Missouri State Milk Board!
In conclusion, we implore our representatives to become statesmen again, and search for the truth!
John 8:32 – “…and you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
Rebuttal of Missouri Milk Board Statements (in response to original Order to Destroy)
Many of the “facts” as stated by the Missouri Milk Board et al in the order to destroy and the attachments thereto are both incorrect and unscientific. A brief rebuttal to the major inconsistencies and substantive errors follow:
1) To date, there has been no legitimate test performed on Morningland Dairy cheese, although Morningland Dairy owners have repeatedly requested that proper tests be done. California authorities did not sign the test they allegedly performed until 55 days after product was seized at gunpoint from Rawesome Foods. No sample of said product was shared with Morningland Dairy as is required by California and Missouri statutes; therefore, there is no confirmation of the findings reported by California Food and Department of Agriculture.
2) Morningland Dairy plant manager, Jedadiah York, and Plant Owner/Gen.Manager, Denise Dixon, apprised Don Falls of the Missouri State Milk Board that more than two samples of Morningland Dairy cheese had apparently been tested in California, and that those results should be considered in the situation of alleged contamination of Morningland Dairy cheese. Mr. Falls’ reply was that he was not told about it, and we repeatedly asked him to look into that situation. Mr. Falls later stated he could not get that information from California, and that it was up to Morningland Dairy to request it. Instead of getting the requested information, he repeatedly stated that we just needed to “concentrate on doing the recall”.
3) Despite being aware that several types of Morningland Dairy cheese had been tested and evidently tested clear by the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Mr. Falls insisted that all of our cheese must be recalled, not just the two batches that were identified from the alleged contamination found in the California test.
4) No Missouri State Milk Board representative obtained samples from Morningland Dairy. Instead, at the request of Morningland Dairy owners, samples were taken by a Morningland Dairy employee, and submitted to Microbe Inotech Laboratories, Inc., of St. Louis, MO, (this lab was suggested by Don Falls of the Missouri State Milk Board) on August 27, 2010 for testing.
5) Contrary to section 196.565 of the Revised Missouri Statutes, the only witness to the sampling from Morningland Dairy was the employee who did the sampling. When Morningland Dairy owners, Joseph & Denise Dixon, learned how the samples were taken, they knew that the tests would be inaccurate and, consequently, erroneous. Despite repeatedly informing Don Falls and also Audra Ashemore, of the FDA, of the faulty sampling methods, both of these individuals used the results of this inept test in their reports.
6) Mr. Falls failed to see to it that samples bore the signature of the person taking the samples, which is required by section RSMo.196.565. Although Mr. Falls states that an employee of Morningland Dairy delivered said samples to Microbe Inotech Laboratories, Inc., the samples were in fact given to a family member of Joseph & Denise Dixon. This family member, in turn, met another family member in Edgar Springs, MO, who then took said samples to said lab. Neither of these family members is an employee of Morningland Dairy. These facts are reported to illustrate the falseness of Mr. Wiseman’s statement that “State Milk Board staff documented chain of custody and maintained the integrity of samples by ensuring the storage containers where the cheese products were kept were properly sealed, labeled and secured.”
7) Three FDA representatives took 100 swab/sponge tests of the cheese plant and the milk barn at Morningland Dairy during the first week of September. The following week, Audra Ashemore of the FDA, called Plant Manager York, to say that the swab test results were in, and that the tests came back clear. When Mrs. Dixon requested a copy of these test results, Ms. Ashemore stated that Morningland Dairy would receive a copy, and that the FDA did not have a copy. To date, Morningland Dairy has not received a copy of said results, and no mention has since been made of the fact that both the cheese plant and the milk barn tested clear.
In conclusion, due to the lack of scientific evidence, lack of transparent protocol and complete lack of any illness associated with our cheese, and the absurdity of the assertion that ALL, nearly all, or even some of Morningland Dairy cheese is actually dangerous, we –again- offer to test each batch of cheese in our cooler prior to shipping the product to our customers.
Because of the fact that it is far from a light matter to put families out of work and out of business when no harm has occurred to anyone in a thirty-year history, we are more than reluctant to destroy nearly 50,000 pounds of food based on erroneous tests. We have always appreciated the input and advise of the Missouri Department of Agriculture and Milk Board and have no issues with following logical and scientifically accurate suggestions and recommendations. We do, however, have no desire to harm our customers or ourselves by following unjust, unscientific, faulty processes that destroy the health and livelihoods of those involved with our company.
At this point, October 6th, 2010, we have been required to recall 6 months of work, have been completely shut down and forced to dump milk for nearly 5 weeks, are being told we must destroy at least 8 months of work. Further, we have no assurance that we will be allowed to continue to produce our product without subjection to overzealous enforcement actions on the part of the FDA or the Missouri Milk Board.
We seek justice, reason, logic and decency, and we desire to live peaceably and to profit from our labor. Due process is inherent in our system, and we request that it be followed.
Proposed Remedy from Morningland of the Ozarks, LLC to the Missouri Milk Board and Representatives of the Missouri Department of Agriculture
1) Morningland Dairy will diligently strive to put into action those reasonable procedural recommendations rendered in the Memorandums from the MO State Milk Board and Dr. Harold Treese, as finances and circumstances allow.
2) Morningland Dairy will dilligently perform a microbial test, using proper sampling procedures and using a state approved lab of our choice, on each batch of cheese in order to identify any contamination, and will offer for sale only cheese batches that are found to be free of contamination. Any cheese batch that tests positive for contamination willl not be offered for sale.
